Houses

In FoY, there is a lot to do, one can get married, make a guild, obtain special items for their guild, and even get a house. That's right, you guessed it, players may purchase their own house for Five Thousand Col, and all players - unless you have accumulated more Col to get something bigger will have a three bedroom house with three beds a couch, a dinner table and chairs for four. However, if one has saved up 10k Col they may purchase a six bedroom house equipped with all of the mentioned before, and servant NPC's to serve them.

If a player saves up 15k Col he may have access to a house within the kingdom that he or she is allied with this, is an eight bedroom house, equipped with all of the mentioned before and bodyguards. However, if a player manages to save up 20k Col he will have access to a mansion on the outskirts of the kingdom, this house comes with many rare items that do nothing special but hold value on the market, and as well as the mentioned before and personal guards, and a special title: Lord or Lady.

Guilds

Here in FoY we know that running dungeons and raids, simply isn't enough - what do you do while you're not doing that? That can tend to be something of a hassle, but, fret not - for in each town, near each guild house, and bank, and kingdom is an Adventurer's guild. Some random man in the distance shouts out. "An Adventurer's guild you say? What are the benefits of it?" Well I am glad you asked, the adventurer's guild is one of the many ways to make Heir within the land, but, more importantly - it is a way to gain respect, renown and fame.

Random lady shouts in the background "How do we know if we're gaining fame? What are we doing exactly?" A wonderful pair of questions, we have broken down the ranks within the Adventurer's guild into Nine ranks, each of these ranks is associated with some of the most common, and most rare gems that our land has to hold! here are these ranks now.

Guilds are something that are made with only 10 Col, however purchasing a guild base is a little bit more expensive, but not as much as a house, if someone saves up 1000 Col the guild leader may buy their base, this base is simply a hall on the outskirts of the kingdom they are allied with, equipped with chairs, banners of their guild crest, and a throne for the leader, as well as two smaller thrones for the officers, while veterans would take the seats closest to the officers and newbies next. Initiates would have no spot at this base as they would have to prove themselves through many tasks.

One may also add onto this and store special items such as event weapons, armors, and  miscellaneous things as well. The base can go as deep as they want it to go, or as high but one should be warned that another guild of the opposite kingdom may raid it and if successful will take items from you. Being a guild leader harbors a special title: Guildmaster and he or she has access to all levels including the guild vault where one may store anything they wish, and can even block it off from veterans, newbies and initiates. One may appoint guardians to more or less make sure that their guild remains in tact while they're out doing whatever it is that they may do.
